Casablanca – Rabat – Fes
We start with a visit to the magnificent Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca, admiring its oceanfront architecture. We then drive to Rabat, the capital city, to see the Hassan Tower and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V. In the afternoon, we continue east to Fes, the spiritual capital of Morocco. Overnight in a traditional Riad in the Medina.
Fes Guided City Tour
Dedicate the day to exploring Fes with a local guide. Walk through the Golden Gates of the Royal Palace, visit the Jewish Quarter (Mellah), and enter the ancient Medina through Bab Boujeloud. See the famous Tanneries, the Al-Qarawiyyin University, and the vibrant souks filled with artisans.
Fes – Ifrane – Ziz Valley – Merzouga
Depart Fes and head towards the desert. Stop in Ifrane ("Little Switzerland") and the Cedar Forest of Azrou to see wild Barbary monkeys.
