Detailed Itinerary
Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Merzouga
Start your 4 Days Tour From Fes To Marrakech with a departure from Fes at 8:00 AM. We head towards the Middle Atlas Mountains, stopping in Ifrane, known as "Little Switzerland." Next, we visit the Cedar Forest of Azrou to see the wild Barbary apes. We continue through Midelt and the spectacular Ziz Valley palm groves. Arrive in Merzouga in the afternoon for a camel trek into the Erg Chebbi dunes. Enjoy sunset, dinner, and an overnight stay in a luxury desert camp.
Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley
Wake up early for a stunning sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, we leave the desert and head to Rissani to visit its traditional market (if market day). We continue to the Todra Gorges, a magnificent canyon with 300m high walls, popular with climbers. After a walk by the river, we drive to the Dades Valley to see the "Monkey Fingers" rock formations. Dinner and overnight in a hotel in Dades.
Dades Valley – Rose Valley – Ouarzazate
After breakfast, we travel through the Valley of Roses and the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs. We stop at the Skoura Oasis to visit the Amridil Kasbah. We arrive in Ouarzazate, the "Hollywood of Africa." Here, we visit the Taourirt Kasbah and the Atlas Film Studios. Dinner and overnight in a hotel/Riad in Ouarzazate.
Ouarzazate – Ait Benhaddou – Marrakech
Today we visit the iconic Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site and backdrop for films like Gladiator and Game of Thrones. After exploring the site, we cross the High Atlas Mountains via the winding Tizi n'Tichka pass (2,260m).
