Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Merzouga
We depart from Fes early in the morning (approx 7:30 AM). Our first stop is Ifrane, known for its Alpine-style architecture. Next, we visit the Cedar Forest of Azrou to see the wild Barbary Macaque monkeys. We continue through Midelt and the spectacular Ziz Valley with its thousands of palm trees. Upon arrival in Merzouga, you'll switch to camels for a trek into the dunes to watch the sunset. Dinner and overnight in a luxury desert camp.
Merzouga – Ziz Valley – Fes
Wake up early to witness a breathtaking sunrise over the Sahara. After a traditional Moroccan breakfast and a shower at the camp, we begin the return journey to Fes. We take a slightly different route through the Ziz Valley gorges, stopping for lunch in Midelt.
